The vast majority of well know marketers online are branding their websites in one way or another. This is vital if you want to stand out in your customers minds.

The other key to branding yourself effectively is to have your name on your site, whether it be in the header or at the bottom of your picture as stated earlier.

These two things alone will boost your credibility with your market and help to alleviate any feelings of suspicion as to who you are and what you’re business is about.

In addition to your name and picture being on your squeeze page, it’s important to have a link to your privacy policy, terms of service and contact information to further bolster your visitors confidence in doing business with you.

While you and I may be somewhat comfortable with purchasing information online, there is still a large percentage of the online population that is very wary about sharing credit card details as well as other pieces of sensitive information online.

Identity theft is still a very real problem and the more you can go out of your way to make your visitor feel comfortable with who you are as well as your business practices… the higher your profits will soar.
